Had reserved a car Wed for Fri pick-up, get there & no vehicles, waited 30 mins & received quite an upgrade @ no extra cost, they're very busy & patience goes a long way.....the staff was very cordial & efficient--no complaints will definitely use them again

Everytime I come to rent a car at this location I am taken care of in a timely matter and the staff there are very polite and helpful. The cars are always clean and I get my deposit a day after returning my rentals. Extremely satisfying service everytime I visit.
I had the good fortune to have a young man named Miguel pick me up from my home so I can then pickup my rental. From then to when I drove off with my rental this young man handled our transaction quickly and with calmness, was professional yet it was like he knew me & wanted the best for me.
