Normally i never wash my car here (and of course i wont return again) they offered a "in and out" service for $20 and they had an special "hand wax" for an extra $25. i said yes why not
I’ve always found Max’s to be 5 stars. They are careful with my car. They care about their customers. They take the time to do a very good job.
First the "in and out" service. The inside not even carpet vacuum was done properly and they didn't clean the windows from inside.
The outside was a joke with that garden hose and sprayer with not enough water pressure to clean a car. wheels and tires were left dirty.
They waxed the car in less than 5 minutes. they left my car with whit marks from wax all over the place.
Got the $20 wash plus $10 clear coat finish and it looks amazing even after driving 50 miles last night. Best car wash I’ve been to in the area and they don’t screw you with extra charges or anything, will be coming here more often! Thanks!
make yourself a big favor and avoid that place. what a ripoff
I was pissed then I talked to the owner and he replied that it was a misunderstanding. but my car was going to get wax now.
Max's Car Wash is such a great place to get your car done. I don't know about others but the few times we come here we've always had great service. I'm here now and it's already past their closing time but they're still working because there were cars that came before they closed and because of the lines, it took longer to get to them. The wait times can be a little long because they get so busy with the long lines of cars but that just goes to show how popular Max's is. The owner is always on hand and helping out too! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. You can't beat their price for the quality of work that they do.

Then i saw the car was taken out to dry and waiting for the hand wax. that never happened i saw the guy drying the car out, putting some dressing and that was it. then he asked if that was my car and i said yes. he answered to that "you car is ready". when i asked if the car was waxed it his answer was "yes, touch it to feel how smooth it is now".
