First off, I made a yelp account just so I can give credit to where it's deserved---
The only reason I went there is because my husband use to go there for his haircut and the lady that did his always messed it up too and did it different every time, but he didn't care.
I have one section on the left side that is 3 inches shorter than the rest and the rest of my hair is soooo uneven. I NEVER EVER leave bad reviews for any business, but this just aggravates me every time I blow dry my hair and try to fix it because it is so noticeable. This haircut took place a few months ago and I didn't write a review then because i didn't want to be mean, but today when i was doing my hair, I just got so frustrated because it is so noticeable. I didn't even want to give 1 star but had to.
THE WORST HAIRCUT I EVER GOT!!!!! I'm 41 years old and this is the first time someone has ever messed up my hair. HOW, WHEN I HAVE LONG (ALL ONE LENGTH) STRAIGHT BLACK HAIR????????

The want-to-be salon owner acts like she knows about color, but in fact doesn't. Arrogantly, she completely dismissed my wishes, didn't even get the base color SHE suggested done, and made me a dark hair instead of blonde. Out of nowhere, she gave me a talk about how anyway I wasn't HER customer, causing the loss of a customer for her employee - almost vicious behavior. I left before she could mess up the high-lights too. You can't even get around her when having color done. The three times me and my husband had our hair done there, her employees were nice and good as far as style.
First time at Le'Cut, and felt very welcome. Gloria was really amazing, kind, and professional. I left loving my cut (going from long to short hair for the first time ever)---risky move for me. But I am so happy I found Le'Cut; they have a customer for life. This is a hidden gem!
