.....DK POSTED ON AMAZON PRODUCTS WERE IN STOCK. I ordered paid for them. DK SENT ME A TRACKING. I checked the tracking number twice after the order, tracking number says it wasn’t shipped. CALLED UPS ...UPS SAYS THE ORDER WASNT THERE , I CALLED DK CUSTMOER SERVICE SAYS ORDER WAS BEHIND AND IT WILL SHIP FRIDAY. I THEN CALLED AMAZON TO ASK THEM TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE DK ORDER. SO AT THIS POINT AMAZON AND DK HARDWARE BOTH CONFIRMED A FRIDAY DELIVERY. I CHECK THE ORDER FRIDAY BY TRACKING IT WITH UPS STILL NOTHING SHIPPING. I CALLED DK AGAIN AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEM TWO DAYS PRIOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVES ME ANOTHER DATE TWO WEEKS FROM THE SECOND ORIGINAL DATE THEY TOLD ME . I WILL THINK TWICE MAYBE THREE TIMES BEFORE YOU USE DK HARDWARE.
Had a great expirerence working with this company for my project. There was a little delay but I was notified in advance. Good customer service and fair prices, as CRL is a hard brand to find. Thanks

Easily purchased some specialty items from DK Hardware. Their sales staff was friendly and delivery was quicker than expected. They even communicated where the material would come from after originally expecting it to come from another warehouse.

Great guys, a couple months ago we ordered hard glass doors for our company, all was completed and shipped from Us to UK at the time,
I called to place an order, they order the wrong item. They take the items back without giving me a receipt for the return and I have to wait over 10 days to get SOME of my money back. They keep the items, plus the tax that I paid (I do not know why if I returned they are supposed to give the entire money that I paid back, but the keep the taxes) and they keep around 30% of my money without reason since was their fault because they order something different than the Item that I asked them for. And even the order took more than a 4 weeks to arrived. When the package arrived for my surprise It was not the items that I was expecting. So I have been scammed by this company for around $300. They did not let talk to a manager. They hang off the phone on me. Nobody took responsibility for their mistake they just took my money and they walked away. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED with this ¨company¨
