Excellent service from start to finish! The guys who picked up my stuff were so professional and funny... I was so stressed, but they had me laughing. When I got delivery there was no problems , I would highly recommend these guys..
By far the worst moving company ever. if you are smart and you want a smooth worry free move DO NOT use this company. i didn't use this company by choice. it was forced on me by another moving company that i thought was not a broker i specifically asked and they told me no we handle your move from start to finish. Plymouth it is called. anyways. Ocean moving drivers picking up asking for tips. hustling. calling the office. asked for over 1500 extra over the estimate. a company that i heard of the day before my move. took from 9 am to 6:30 pm loading and took 2 hrs break in between. it was crazy. took also 300 extra for tips. anyhow we were stuck. then delivery come so so so rude and also unprofessional. wanted to get paid in full up front before unloading even 1 box. threatening to leave with the stuff. came with broken things. i emailed the company and called they ignored me. THEN today i discovered missing boxes. i was busy unpacking i didn't count. who is going to count with them. i trusted them. this is not my first long distance move. i never counted after the companies prior. my mistake i should have. today i discovered stollen boxes the see through boxes so whoever stole then knew exactly what he was getting.. 3 huge ones. now i wonder how many other boxes were stolen... i called the company of course not returning my calls
They'll give you a low-ball quote, promise you it includes everything, talk about how competitors don't include everything and then increase the price when movers get on-site. Furthermore, they didn't tell me that it was an extra 3% initial payment on-site because I wanted to use a credit card. Would of had zero issues getting a money order but wasn't told in advance and they came on the weekend. Additionally, they showed up with 3 "workers," one of which did paperwork the entire move, the other was on his cell phone the entire time and the last was a rockstar (I felt bad for him). To go on, the owner called me prior to delivery and wanted to charge me an additional $1,000 if they couldn't back the truck into my lot to deliver when I had already advised him of the spacing parameters prior to the contract signing. When the movers showed up to deliver the first thing they asked is if I could please find 1-2 others to help them. Finally, when I asked for a receipt to get reimbursed by my company it took them 1 month to email it to me. Oh and the owner also swore at me on the phone as we were going back and forth on the $1,000 up-charge. Don't be fooled by their customer service at the beginning. Hope this helps someone.
