A very dissapointing restaurant. So bad it's unbelievable. The food is poor, tasteless, not fresh, and very expensive. It makes me wonder how this place still exists. No problem paying high price for good quality, but here everything is below average, including service. And from what I saw, the people who eat here are clueless about good quality dining. I do not recommend this restaurant. Dine better and cheaper at many other restaurants in the area, and don't fall victim of this lousy place.
OMG what a deadbeat restaurant. Totally boring, unpleasant ambiance, horrible food, and service seems intentionally bad. This is an outdated, "wannabe high-end" dining place which doesn’t even hold a chance among genuine Italian restaurants. Be careful when checking menu prices advertised on internet sites, because these reflect small portions, which are a misery. Large portions cost more and are exaggeratedly priced. Of course, they will not publish the large portion prices, because the intention is to lure in customers. Same exactly when choosing a promotional coupon, you WILL end up paying an arm and a leg. Watch the bill, gratuity is added to every check. The closest thing to being robbed, so we'll never eat at this ratchet a** place again.
Waiters give you the feeling you work for them, and your job is to feel lucky for whatever you get. It just cannot be any worse.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience at a restaurant. We are not even open for lunch in the month of June. Lunch ended in March. So you must be mistaken.
A very good example of a bad restaurant. I do realize this may not be a Michelin starred restaurant, but I also know you can expect some sort standard when going to eat to a place which advertises as fine, classy dining. Unfortunately the standard at this restaurant was very poor. We had to wait a few minutes to be seated, which I don't mind, but never offered any hospitality or courtesy during this process. Once seated, out table was extremely close to two others, and we could hear very clearly the conversations taking place. We might as well have joined the tables so to speak. Very loud place. The menu cards were absolutely disgusting, with oil and all sorts of dirt We ordered our mains, and ta dah ! took half an hour to arrive at out table. We had clams which was a bowl of garlic and oil, seriously that was not sauce, it was some sort of tepid liquid oil, and a small batch of clams. I repeat, a bowl of oil and garlic. There was no taste to it at all. Horrible. I never complain in restaurant because I used to work as a waitress, so I know what it's like sometimes, but for God's sake, if you charge people quite a bit of money, you must give something back. The whole thing was like a fast food restaurant focused on quantity rather than quality. It surpassed even the highest level of tolerance for cheap, tasteless food. I will never go there again, it was terrible !!! Don't be fooled, this place has nothing to do with Italian food, and the service was very poor. KFC would have been a better choice.
Food, in my opinion is poor and pricey, making a statement of effortless, mass prepared dishes. Without a doubt, a restaurant which will make you think twice after you leave.

Response to the owner: No mistake on my part, as 530pm for many people like myself, is considered a late lunch Either way, regardless of what time, it would have made no difference in terms of food and service standards.
Took one of my clients for lunch. I honestly regret it.
