The park is filled with beautiful Oak Trees, pool is always kept clean.
If you are IBEW stay away brothers, this place is just another sad excuse for Floridians taking advantage of the snowbirds, and more interested in ripping them off then sticking up for the working folk. Crackhead for work campers and home wrecker wife of the sorry owner. I say we working folk stick up for the working folk and put that high rise up that the owner of this park doesn't want.
My boyfriend & i stayed here for a few months... And it was a great stay. Lisa was an awsome person and always offered a helping hand.
We stayed here for over a month and will always come back when in the area. Karen worked with our schedule and Lisa was always smiling and accommodating. Reasonably priced and access to I95 was 3 minutes. Bathrooms and laundry area were very clean, sites were well maintained. If you look hard enough you might even see the iguana hiding in the oak tree, they really ought to give that guy a name.

One of the worst places to stay in the area, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, rude work campers, laundry facilities outside....really? The "permanent residents" are rude and obnoxious. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this greedy place.
Your reply is not in reference to my stay. I stayed In a motor home, paid up front CASH only, should have been my first clue, my second will be the department of revenue, I stayed a week, no skank came around collecting from my door. Wrong again deary. Just goes to show you really don't know what your doing unless your screwing the Canadians or other elderly people from up north out of loads of money. Seriously go elsewhere people, this place sucks and the office manager and work camper are drunks. No legit business owner is going to be so petty not to let people stay with pets, I believe there are bi-laws about this.
Friendly owner Karen and very easy to work with staff named Lisa helped me get into my spot. beautiful oak covered camping areas. Clean ample restroom facilities. A pleasure.
